The catering establishments and apartments in Rotterdam and Amsterdam are mainly located on the Grote Markt (the Markthal), Witte de Withstraat, the Kop van Zuid, the Amstel and the Zuidas. The apartments are extremely suitable for expats because of the locations, accessibility of public transport, are luxuriously furnished and have 3 rooms and 2 separate bathrooms.

The real estate projects we rent out uses heat pumps, solar boilers, solar panels and residual heat. A good example is our latest project Binnenrotte 192. In 'The Connection Rotterdam', here the catering 'loetje' and 20 luxury apartments are supplied with energy (electricity and hot water) that is generated from the data center that is located in the basement.
